A member of the Virginia State Bar since 1993, Bradford Jacob holds diverse professional experience as an attorney and business leader in Virginia. Bradford Jacob completed his education at the University of Richmond. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Robins School of Business in 1989 and his Juris Doctor from the T.C. Williams School of Law in 1993. His early career experience includes serving as an Attorney at law firms, such as Midkiff and Hiner, P.C.; TaylorWalker, P.C.; and Sands, Anderson, Marks and Miller, P.C. From 2003 to 2006, he held the position of President at East West Properties, LLC, in Midlothian, Virginia. In that capacity, he focused on acquiring, managing, and renovating distressed real estate. The business transacted roughly $3 million in properties bought and sold. In 2006, Bradford Jacob joined Delta-T Corporation in Williamsburg, Virginia, as Senior Counsel and Director of Commercial Contracts. His responsibilities entailed serving as lead negotiator for more than $2 billion in commercial contracts, overseeing a $1 million commercial renovation project, and managing various legal claims for the company. Bradford Jacob joined Alstom Power Inc. in Richmond, Virginia, in 2008, where he served for three years as the company’s Legal Counsel and Director of Contracts. Most recently, in May 2011, Bradford Jacob began to lead EPC Consulting, LLC. Currently acting as the firm’s President, he oversees and provides authoritative consulting services regarding matters in the construction and energy industries. Bradford Jacob presently resides in Midlothian, Virginia. Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Jacob volunteers through the Richmond Community Kitchen. He enjoys staying active through basketball, baseball, swimming, and skiing.
